Day 10: Full Production Day • Baking and decorating their final bakery items • Preparing marketing materials (signs, pricing, social media promos) • Setting up the bakery display Day 11: Business Operations & Final Touches • Practicing barista skills and register handling • Finalizing their personal bakery branding and sales strategy • Role-playing customer interactions Day 12: Pop-Up Pastry Market Day! • Campers set up their bakery stands • Selling their baked goods to real customers • Handling cash, giving change, and practicing customer service • Closing ceremony: Certificates of completion and reflection
Cancellation Policy
Event Cancellation Policy Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. 50% Refund: Cancellations made 5 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. No Refund: Cancellations made 4 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund. Seat transfers: You may swap your ticket with another person at no additional charge. Please contact us prior to the event if you plan to transfer your spot. We understand that plans change and aim to offer flexibility. We ask that you notify us of any changes as soon as possible to help us provide the best experience for all participants.
