Activity Description

Day 1: Welcome to the Café! • Introduction to how a café operates: roles, responsibilities, and teamwork • Tour of the espresso bar and café setup • Safety and customer service basics • Hands-on: Learning to make iced lattes and refreshers • Activity: Folding bakery boxes, signing packaging, and prepping café supplies Day 2: Running the Café Experience • Understanding customer service and creating a great experience • Role-playing at the register: taking orders and upselling • Hands-on: Drink making, stocking cups/lids, and basic inventory tasks • Rotating café roles: barista, register, stock manager

Event Cancellation Policy Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. 50% Refund: Cancellations made 5 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. No Refund: Cancellations made 4 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund. Seat transfers: You may swap your ticket with another person at no additional charge.
